Percolations tests
(foul and surface water)
Are you looking to install a drainage field to serve your septic tank or sewage treatment plant? Do you know if the ground is suitable? A percolation test will be needed to demonstrate the correct value of percolation is present (will the ground be able to disperse the water) which will a) ensure the drainage field will work and b) allow the correct size drainage field to be designed and costed. A percolation test for a drainage field serving foul water has to be carried out in accordance with the BS6297:2007 document.
Pre-purchase/seller reports
Critical to create complete transparency and peace of mind for the seller, the buyer and the whole property transaction holistically, our report states what the system is, where it is, where it discharges (access permitting), if it’s performing as expected, if it’s compliant and, in the instance of non-compliance or if any other work is required, we state what the correct solution, scope of works and price is.
